1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using GenCodeAI ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. Description of Service

GenCodeAI is a Shopify application developed by OrkarDev that enables merchants to generate bulk discount codes, manage discount batches, export codes, and receive AI-powered discount strategy recommendations.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must have an active Shopify store to use GenCodeAI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and store credentials.

4. Plans and Billing

GenCodeAI offers a free plan with limited features and paid plans (Basic and Pro) with additional capabilities. Billing is handled through Shopify's Billing API and charges appear on your Shopify invoice. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin settings.

Free trials, when offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app to generate codes for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes. You agree not to attempt to circumvent plan limits or rate limits through technical means. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app. You agree not to use automated tools to excessively access the app's API endpoints.

6. AI Recommendations Disclaimer

The AI Strategy Advisor provides suggestions based on your store's data. These recommendations are informational only and do not guarantee specific sales results or revenue outcomes. You are solely responsible for the discounts you create and their impact on your business.

7. Intellectual Property

GenCodeAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OrkarDev and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The discount codes generated by the app belong to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

GenCodeAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost revenue from discount codes or AI recommendations.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of GenCodeAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
